My client had already begun the fit out of this lovely wine shop when they got in touch. There were a couple of issues with their building warrant that needed to be resolved.

I specified the emergency lighting, signage and ventilation to the basement storage area and promptly produced the detailed drawings required for building warrant.

My knowledge of the building regulations and building warrant process enabled my client to open their shop quickly.
